Return Policy

In-store Purchases

All products except for tights and undergarments are eligible for store credit or exchange with the receipt present if brought back within 30 days of the original purchase. All items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items may not be returned if noticeably worn, used, washed or if they have any odors.

Services, such as embroidery, sewing, shipping, & gift cards are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Store credit does not expire but is not transferable from one account to another. 

 

Online Purchases 

All products except for tights and undergarments may be return for a full refund with-in 14 days of their purchase. No exceptions. To return online orders, please ship your item back with the following items: 

1) The product you are returning 

2) A copy of the receipt 

3) A completed return form

Once your order has been received, please allow 7 business for processing should your return be eligible. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed. All refund are issued back to the card used for purchase.
